I know it sounds redundant, but living a healthy lifestyle (i.e. eating right & exercising) is a good way to keeping a healthy mental and physical state. When exercising, don’t force yourself to do “extreme” workouts that you know your body can’t take, or are just boring. Do something that you enjoy. I love jumping rope, so that’s my form of cardio, or like just walking outside on a nice day. Also, eat right, don’t restrict yourself from foods you love, but also eat right.
Surrounding yourself with positive people is essential also! You never want to be in a toxic environment that may mentally or physically hurt you. I’ve learned that being around a good bunch of people makes it easier to keeping good relations with them.
Find fun hobbies to keep yourself busy and happy. It’s also a great way to express yourself, in terms of feelings or your identity.
Keeping good relations to people? Hmm, a big tip I have is listening to them. You need to listen to them to understand them. I find it cute when my friends recall little random stories I’ve told them ages ago ‘cause it shows that they care enough about me to remember. :)
