And- and what if sherlock stopped doing drugs because of Lestrade? Because he was such a strong influence on his life and he didn’t want to see the disappointment on his face each time he had to drag sherlock to his flat and had to forbid him from the met until he was himself again.
What if everytime Anderson or Donovan would talk shit about Sherlock, Lestrade would defend him, because no one-no one has the right to treat Sherlock like shit with Lestrade around?
